Regarding our partnership with a prestigious Telecom player, we are currently looking for:

IP Support (m/f)



Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute technical activities costumer service orientated;
- Customer?s interface for support and resolution in request cases and technical problems;
- Deal with projects or troubleshooting cases;
- Responsible for system tracing and protocol flow analysis;
- Provide Expert Support services (such as IP Expert Support, Planning, Deployment IP solutions).

Main Requirements:
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Strong costumer service skills and experience in Customer projects;
- System interfaces & protocols;
- Trace & log file analysis tools;
- Experience in Nokia and Alcatel equipment;
